Destination Specialist for Groups & FIT’s – Incoming Tour Operator to the Nordic Countries

About the position:
As a Destination Specialist for Groups & FITs, you will play a key role in handling daily operational tasks for Groups and FIT projects.
​
Your responsibilities will include managing the operational aspects of Groups & FITs tours, ensuring seamless execution, exceptional quality, and financial success for each itinerary.

Finalizing FIT bookings ensuring services are reconfirmed within an agreed time frame ensure that profit is in line with the budgeted quotations.

Prepare and operation of Tour series and Adhoc groups, booking & reconfirming all services included in the itinerary, prepare docs to clients and tour managers & provide support to Tour Managers while tours are on the road.

Update NITRO system with supplier rates and conditions & negotiate with suppliers where needed to secure the best products at the best possible prices, ensuring high-quality options for clients.

Ensure that projects are invoiced correctly as per communicated proposals and update Nitro with relevant invoices/credit notes created in external accounting system.

Handle any incorrect supplier invoices received & follow up with suppliers missing invoice within 3 months of tour completion.

Handle emergency phone duties.
We are looking for the following skills & experience:

For the position, we expect that you speak English both written and spoken.

Good knowledge of Scandinavian destinations & preferably with relevant experience from an incoming agency or similar.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Previous Experience working with booking system NITRO is preferable but not mandatory.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Relevant education or coursework is a plus.

Good computer skills and fluency with Microsoft office package

Sales & Operations Manager – Incoming Tour Operator to the Nordic Countries

About the position:
As a Sales & Operations Manager for Groups, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio and new potential clients, and also the operational aspects of the Groups, ensuring seamless execution, exceptional quality, and financial success for each itinerary.

You will be part of the small Sales team in central Copenhagen, where the office language is English.

Responsible for managing a client portfolio and new potential clients, and some travel is to be expected.

Tasks include creating tour programs in Scandinavia / Nordic countries, including designing itineraries, pricing and finally operating any confirmed bookings, according to client’s needs.

You will be in regular contact with our overseas clients and local suppliers.
